Abstract

 To cultivate innovative and applied talents, it is imperative to carry out participatory teaching. Firstly, this paper discusses the connotation of participatory teaching. After combing the existing research, it is found that there is no attempt of participatory teaching method in the course of Managerial Economics. Based on the analysis of the necessity and possibility of participatory teaching in Managerial Economics, we put forward the specific design of participatory teaching method in this course. Combined with the author's practice of participatory teaching in recent two years, this paper puts forward the existing problems and the improvement direction.
