Abstract

The construction of high-quality and high-quality "double-qualified" teachers is an important work to accelerate the modernization of vocational education. Through the research and analysis of the existing problems in the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges, the current situation and reasons are deeply analyzed, and the new ideas of the construction of "double-qualified" teachers are put forward through the measures of precise talent introduction, stratified and classified training of double-qualified teachers, the implementation of double-qualified co-education plan and the optimization of the system.
