Using a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and physiological measurements, the research reveals significant findings on how various soundscape characteristics such as tempo, harmony, and rhythm contribute to emotional responses. The study’s results highlight the potential applications of soundscapes in music therapy and mental health practices, offering practical insights for music producers and mental health professionals.
