Abstract

Smart wearable technology plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable populations. This research comprehensively addresses their individualized needs physiological, psychological, aesthetic, and rights protection while considering environmental and economic aspects. By leveraging machine learning, the study predicts behavioral characteristics and incorporates intangible cultural heritage to design smart, personalized, and sustainable wearable devices.
