As a real-time bilingual processing activity, consecutive interpreting consists of three stages:source language listening and identification, information memorization and target language production. This paper chooses the consecutive interpreting recording of keynote speech on the opening ceremony of the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations as the study text. The author manage to analysis the target language text from lexical level, syntactic level and textual level.
