Literature Review of Human-Machine Relationship Theory in the Age of AI

Abstract

In recent years, with artificial intelligence (AI) development, studying the relationship between humans and AI chatbots has become a hot topic. What are artificial intelligence theories in the consumer field, and whether common interpersonal relationship theories apply to analyzing the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence robots is a question worthy of in-depth research. This article reviews existing literature on human-machine relationships. It summarizes several common theories, providing a theoretical basis for studying the application of human-machine relationships in customer service.
