In view of the current characteristics of education management such as the current master's degree students in military academies, such as "increasingly diverse types of students, changeable management and training systems, and diverse ideological and psychological states", this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the importance of carrying out the "four regular" work. Pay attention to the small and detailed regular management work, grasp the precise regular psychological service work, and do a good job in regular troubleshooting and problem solving".
