As a patriotic movement of profound historical significance, the May 4th Movement has a spiritual power that remains ever fresh. This article expounds the scientific connotation of the spirit of May Fourth Movement, analyzes the convergence points and value implications of integrating the spirit of May Fourth Movement into high school ideological and political courses (hereinafter referred to as high school ideological and political courses), and proposes that the integration of the spirit of May Fourth Movement into high school ideological and political courses should rely on classroom teaching, build a bridge for integration, explore campus cultural carriers, strengthen implicit education, and utilize digital technology resources to expand the space for ideological and political education. Explore implementation paths in aspects such as conducting practical teaching and fulfilling mission and responsibility in practice.
