An Investigation into the Dilemmas and Solutions of Resource Classroom Curriculum Development

In recent years, the rapid expansion of resource classrooms across China has led to an increased demand for the equitable and high-quality allocation of educational resources. While curriculum development is a key driver of operational efficiency, the current state of resource classroom programs in China continues to face significant challenges that require urgent attention. This study explores common issues in curriculum development, examining constraints across several dimensions, including educational values, faculty development, professional training, infrastructure support, and administrative coordination. By identifying the root causes, this paper proposes strategic measures to optimize curriculum development in resource classrooms, with the goal of advancing educational resource programs nationwide.
