Military academies are a key hub for grassroots troops to transport talents, focusing on training and fighting. Military academy instructors shoulder the important mission of cultivating talents for strengthening and revitalizing the military, continuously deepening the level of practical teaching, and striving to improve the quality of military classroom teaching. The military training classroom aims at combat effectiveness as the sole criterion, accurately grasping the essential characteristics of military training classroom teaching, understanding the essence and inherent laws of military training classroom teaching, thinking about ways to improve teaching quality, and thus achieving the goal of improving the quality of military training classroom teaching.
