Abstract

This paper focuses on Microsoft's technology development strategy and innovation, and what it means for the technology field or society and will also explain the threats that the company may encounter. As one of the leading technology companies, Microsoft has been at the forefront of driving advances in software, hardware, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and so on. In addition, this study explores how Microsoft's strategic approach to technology development and its focus on innovation has driven the technology sector and impacted society, and it also explores Microsoft's investments in cutting-edge technologies and efforts to leverage these technologies to drive the digital transformation of businesses and industries. In addition, the study delves into Microsoft's initiatives in fostering talent and a culture of innovation. The paper will also analyze the threats Microsoft may face, such as information security issues, and make feasible recommendations. It will also explain how Microsoft will adjust its strategy in time to respond to market changes.
