Abstract

As China's comprehensive strength continues to grow, new opportunities arise for the development of high-tech industries. An increasing number of high-tech enterprises are entering the capital market through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) to raise funds, expand their scale, and enhance brand influence. Investment banks play a crucial role in this process. As professional financial institutions, investment banks provide indispensable services, including professional consultation, due diligence, and risk management. Additionally, investment banks can leverage resources from other industries to assist in the development of high-tech enterprises, guide them in standardized management, enhance brand value, and help these companies achieve stable growth in a competitive environment, ultimately bringing greater economic and social benefits.
