Abstract

房地产项目管理中的利益相关者参与和沟通策略是确保项目成功的关键因素。利益相关者的广泛参与和有效沟通可以提高项目透明度、降低风险并促进项目的可持续发展。本文深入讨论了利益相关者参与房地产项目管理的重要性，沟通策略的实际实例，并给出了提高利益相关者参与和沟通效率的建议。研究结果表明，建立多层次利益相关者参与机制、采用多渠道沟通方式、注重沟通效果的评价和调整是有效提升项目管理质量的关键要素。
