In the production control of electronic products, more and more people are concerned about the optimization of cost-effectiveness. This paper investigates the quality control and cost optimization problems in the production process of electronic product manufacturing enterprises, and proposes a decision optimization model especially for the complex multi-stage production process. Spare parts quality sampling and testing, finished product testing and the treatment of unqualified finished products. This paper proposes a stratified sampling and inspection module and a two-step sampling and inspection model to optimize the inspection process, reduce the cost, and improve the inspection accuracy and reliability. And it is able to analyze the total cost and the number of cycles in conjunction with optimizing the decision-making after each stage of production to arrive at the cost-optimal solution. For multi-process and multi-part production scenarios, the optimization model has achieved significant results in defective rate control and production efficiency improvement. Through model solving and data analysis, optimization strategies are proposed to achieve the quality control objectives and cost minimization of the enterprise.
