Abstract

Biosensors are immobilized biological components (such as enzymes, proteins, DNA, antibodies, antigens) or organisms themselves (such as cells, microorganisms, tissues, etc.) as sensitive materials, combined with appropriate chemical transducers, Novel devices for rapid detection of physical, chemical, and biomass. In a variety of detection fields, biosensors play an important and difficult to replace role, such as virus detection, trace target substances monitoring in diseases, pesticide residue detection and so on.
