As the development of network and digitalization is accelerated, huge amount of multi-modal data is generated in the standardization activities of petroleum industry exploration and development, and the number of standards is large, covering a wide range of domains and being specialized. Based on the inherent characteristics of multi-modal data and standard knowledge organization framework, this paper proposes a method for automatic knowledge extraction of standard information from standard data of petroleum industry exploration and development. This paper advances the theory depth of knowledge organization of multi-modal standard knowledge and provides effective support for standard knowledge ordination, precise knowledge service and deep knowledge discovery in petroleum industry.
