Abstract

Given the rampant illegal trade in wildlife in recent years and the severe damage to the ecological environment and global public resources, there is an urgent need to take action to protect wildlife. This paper proposes a complete rare animal breeding project plan as an alternative to the illegal wildlife trade, and establishes an achievable degree index model: first, the McKinsey logical tree analysis is used to find the necessary indicators needed for the project. Secondly, the hierarchical analysis method is used to calculate the index weight, and finally the TOPSIS method is used to calculate the attainable degree index (ADI). The ADI in China is 0.8065, becoming the best customer to achieve the project goals.
