In recent years, the field of tactile sensors has seen remarkable advancements, particularly in bio-tactile sensors, known for their high performance, cost-effectiveness, ease of manufacturing, and rapid response times. These advancements have made bio-tactile sensors increasingly essential in various aspects of daily life, especially in human-interactive systems, wearable technologies, and minimally invasive surgical procedures. In biomedical engineering, research into bio-tactile sensors has become a critical component, significantly enhancing medical care and everyday convenience. Their applications, though already diverse, continue to expand. This technology is under continuous development, set to play an even more prominent role in the future technological landscape. The ongoing evolution of bio-tactile sensors underscores their growing potential in enhancing human-machine interfaces, contributing to medical diagnostics and treatment, and enabling more responsive, adaptive technologies across a wide range of applications. This paradigm shift indicates a growing recognition of the importance of integrating sensitive, responsive touch-based technologies in various fields, from robotics to healthcare.
