Employees' perceived organizational support can increase their psychological contract with the organization to a certain extent, which can motivate them to perform, so that they are willing to contribute to the organization's goals. As a result, the organization and employees can work together to create a better work environment. This paper examines the perceived organizational support and psychological contract of editors and proofreaders at P Press and provides a reference for human resource management at P Press in terms of providing organizational support to employees and establishing a psychological contract between employees and the organization.
