Abstract

Adolescence is a critical period of individual psychological and physiological development, and it is also a period of frequent depression. Depression has become one of the main diseases that threaten the healthy growth of adolescents. Adolescent depression not only affects the normal psychological development of adolescents, but also causes a series of behavioral problems, which is of great significance to the study of adolescent depression. Therefore, this paper will systematically sort out the relevant empirical studies affecting adolescent depression from three aspects: individual cognition, heredity and society, and further elaborate the curative effect of different intervention techniques on adolescent depression. In the future, targeted prevention and intervention models can be developed according to the development characteristics of domestic adolescents to promote the treatment of adolescent depression intervention.
