Abstract

Faced with the wave of digital technology and the digital economy, traditional finance and economics institutions are encountering significant challenges in training accounting professionals, compelling them to reexamine the issue of cultivating top-tier talent in digital accounting. Focusing on Chinese finance and economics institutions, this paper analyzes the challenges they face in cultivating top-tier talent in digital accounting-including goal setting, training programs, curriculum design, teaching resources, and evaluation mechanisms-and proposes a series of recommendations for system development. These recommendations are expected to provide practical guidance for finance and economics institutions seeking to optimize their models for cultivating top-tier talent in digital accounting.
