Abstract

The role of psychological factors in the formation of exercise habits is significant and should not be underestimated. In-depth research reveals that psychological elements play a pivotal role in habit formation. Common psychological barriers such as fear, laziness, and lack of motivation often hinder the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. To overcome these barriers, it is essential to understand them and find effective coping mechanisms. Fortunately, this paper presents empirically proven strategies that can serve as a guide to help us break free from psychological constraints and embrace a healthy, active lifestyle. These findings not only enrich academic knowledge but also provide practical guidance for the general public, encouraging a collective move towards a healthier, more positive way of living.
