At the heart of cultivating a nurturing and supportive school environment is the influence of leadership within educational institutions. This study aimed to dissect the role of one specific leadership style, transformational leadership, and assess its effectiveness in nurturing and promoting school inclusivity. Employing a quantitative descriptive-correlational methodology, the research evaluated past data to identify the degree to which transformational leadership attributes—Inspirational Motivation, Individual Consideration, Intellectual Stimulation, and Idealized Influence—correlated with inclusivity in educational settings. The results demonstrated a solid consensus among educators on the presence of transformational leadership characteristics in their institutions, with mean scores around 3.19 and low standard deviations, indicating a high level of agreement. The most impactful dimensions of transformational leadership on inclusivity were found to be Individual Consideration and Inspirational Motivation, reflecting the importance of acknowledging and leveraging individual talents and fostering a shared vision. Furthermore, the study revealed strong engagement levels in promoting inclusivity across students, faculty, administrators, and stakeholders, with the Student and Stakeholder Engagement dimensions ranking the highest. A compelling correlation was found between transformational leadership and inclusivity, as evidenced by a Pearson r Coefficient of 0.90 and a p-value of 0.00, pointing to a significant, strong, positive relationship. Based on these insights, the "Leadership for Inclusivity Excellence" (LIFE) Program is recommended to embed transformational leadership principles deeply within the fabric of educational institutions. The LIFE Program aims to enhance the capabilities of educational leaders to foster an inclusive culture that not only resonates with innovation, respect, and collaboration but also effectively meets the diverse educational needs of all members of the school community.
