Exploration on the Integration of AI-Driven Urban Renewal Projects and Smart Home Technologies

In the face of rapid urbanization processes and the widespread use of digital technologies, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a crucial factor in urban renewal efforts, and the study aimed to explore how AI technologies promoted the deep integration of urban renewal projects with smart home technologies to improve urban living quality and make resource use more efficient, and by looking at AI applications in enhancing resident services, making data extraction easier, doing environmental monitoring and optimizing space arrangements, the research found its great potential for sustainable urban development, and the results showed that the combination of smart home technologies fit well with urban renewal goals, leading to overall progress in energy management, environmental protection and community involvement, and AI technologies allowed for adaptive control, remote management and customized services for smart home devices, giving a big push to the development of smart cities, and also, the paper explored the possible problems and relevant solutions during the technology integration, providing theoretical support and practical suggestions for future urban renewal projects, and the knowledge from this research could be a useful reference for policymakers and industry experts.
