With the deep integration of AI and education, the Pedagogical Agent in primary school information technology teaching has become a future development trend. By playing the three roles of subject experts, teacher assistants and learning peers, the Pedagogical Agent shows its unique value in supporting deep learning, realizing accurate teaching, deepening understanding and thinking development. However, in practical application, it still faces multiple challenges such as insufficient adaptation of personalized dialogue, deviation of teacher role positioning, lack of basic resources and teacher literacy, and ethical and security risks. In order to deal with these problems, the article puts forward strategies such as optimizing the dialogue algorithm, clarifying the main position of teachers in education, improving resource allocation and teacher training, and improving the ethical prevention and control system, aiming to promote the effective integration of Pedagogical Agent and primary school information technology teaching, and help the high-quality development of education.
