It embodies the regional customs and folk culture of Wenzhou, displaying a down-to-earth quality and a charm of everyday life. Based on the current situation of Yongjia Kunqu, this study analyzes the challenges it faces in inheritance and development. It explores the use of English as a medium to connect Kunqu troupes, universities, and online platforms, aiming to protect and inherit this excellent art form and promote its further development.
