A data-driven study on the correlation between residents' living and eating habits and individual characteristics

With the improvement of economic level and the acceleration of individual life rhythm, residents have developed more and more unreasonable living and eating habits. In order to explore the correlation between residents' life, eating habits and individual characteristics, this paper first analyzed the living and eating habits of individuals, combined with the dietary requirements in the eight guidelines of balanced diet in the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents (2022), and analyzed the situation of the investigators. Then, the correlation between the two variables of living habits and eating habits and other individual characteristics was analyzed, the two variables of living habits and eating habits were treated with dimensionality reduction, and the pearson correlation coefficient test was conducted on the data after dimensionality reduction to analyze the correlation. This study has reference value for understanding the relationship between personal eating habits and individual characteristics.
