This study focuses on student satisfaction to explore the quality improvement of university career counseling services. By analyzing the characteristics, existing issues, and key satisfaction metrics of current career counseling services, it was found that these services often lack personalization, have a single service approach, and suffer from insufficient interactivity. Additionally, the feedback mechanism is inadequate, making it difficult to improve service quality. This paper proposes optimization strategies such as enhancing personalized counseling services, introducing diversified service methods, and improving feedback and improvement mechanisms, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of university career counseling services and student satisfaction. The research findings provide valuable references for universities to optimize their career counseling services.
