The "Holistic Education" classroom teaching is a new task of education in the new era. Senior high school English reading class is an important lesson type for cultivating students' English subject core literacy. This paper explores how to carry out "Holistic Education" in the Senior High School English Reading Course of the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, starting from the value and implementation paths of "Holistic Education" in senior high school English reading teaching, so as to realize the same direction and progress of subject teaching and subject education.
