The Study on the Construction Path of Academic Norms and Harmonious Supervisor-Supervised Relationship

In the graduate education system, academic norms serve as the cornerstone for safeguarding the quality of academic research and the health of the academic ecosystem, while a harmonious supervisor-supervised relationship is a key element in promoting the all-round development of graduate students and enhancing the effectiveness of graduate education. These two elements are interrelated and mutually influential, jointly constituting an important part of graduate education. Taking the internal correlation between academic norms and harmonious supervisor-supervised relationship as the starting point, this study analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of current academic norms and the construction of supervisor-supervised relationship, introduces the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to explore the influencing factors, and proposes construction paths from the dimensions of social needs, respect needs, and self-actualization needs. It aims to provide theoretical and practical references for the high-quality development of graduate education.
