Fostering virtue through education is the core fundamental task of foreign language teaching in modern universities. Current English-Chinese translation classes suffer from disjoint skill training and value cultivation, inflexible teaching modes and delayed learning feedback. Based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) theory, this paper integrates full-process AI digital tools into the closed-loop BOPPPS teaching framework and constructs the Four-Dimensional Education System (four-dimensional objective framework, the top-level goal system of this research) covering knowledge, competence, literacy and curriculum-based ideological and political education. With English passive voice translation as the teaching carrier, it further constructs the supporting implementation carrier—the AI+Four-Integration Implementation Model (four-dimensional practice path, the operational tool to realize the above four-dimensional education goals) and incorporates four core ideological and political connotations—translation craftsmanship, cultural confidence, mutual learning between civilizations and national mission—into human-machine translation practice and intelligent evaluation. Practical teaching verifies that the AI-empowered BOPPPS mode creates a full-cycle digital learning system to bridge professional teaching and value guidance, offering standard replicable solutions for digital ideological and political reform of college translation courses.
