Abstract

Against the backdrop of in‑depth integration of educational globalization and the Belt and Road Initiative, International Chinese Education is in urgent need of cultivating high‑level talents equipped with solid teaching theories, cross‑cultural practical competence and global vision. The Sino‑foreign dual‑tutor joint training model, which bridges local theories and overseas practices, can effectively resolve persistent issues in conventional postgraduate training, such as the theory‑practice gap and insufficient cross‑cultural adaptability. Based on the core requirements for cultivating international‑oriented talents, this paper systematically constructs a joint training framework for postgraduates majoring in International Chinese Education from five dimensions: setting training objectives, selecting dual tutors and establishing collaboration mechanisms, reconstructing curriculum systems, developing practical platforms, and perfecting the quality evaluation system. This study offers theoretical support and practical approaches to improving postgraduates’ cross‑cultural teaching competence, research and innovation capability, and professional competitiveness, thereby promoting the high‑quality international development of this discipline.
