Abstract

Under the influence of the epidemic situation and the global situation, the employment of college graduates has encountered an unprecedented cold current, and the situation is very serious. Although there is a certain relationship between the reasons and the general environment, the mismatch between talent training and social needs should not be ignored. This paper analyzes and discusses the main problems existing in the major of colleges and universities, the necessity of dynamic adjustment of undergraduate majors, and how to construct the system and mechanism of dynamic adjustment of specialties in Colleges and universities.
