Through relevant theories and research reviews, we found that college sports may also trigger negative emotions and have a negative impact on the psyche, as well as on academics and socialisation. Finally, we summarise the study and make suggestions for further research. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for understanding the effects of college sports on college students' psychology.
