Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, the field of education is undergoing a profound change. In this context, the change of teachers' roles has become the key to promote educational innovation and improve teaching quality. Through an empirical study of teachers' role change under the application of modern educational technology, this article discusses how teachers can adapt to the new teaching environment and promote the comprehensive development of students' abilities through technology integration, instructional design, learning guidance and lifelong learning. The article aims to provide reference and inspiration for educational policy makers and frontline teachers.
