Analysis on the Development Fund of Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Comprehensive Development

The development of colleges and universities is the inevitable requirement of moral education and talent training in the new era. The all-round development of students, morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor is an effective way to improve the quality of talent training. This paper aims to explore the connotation requirements, problems and construction paths of university development-oriented funding education from the perspective of comprehensive development, and explore the development-oriented funding education path of "promoting learning by speaking, strengthening ideological and political guidance", "inspiring competition, improving talent competitiveness", "practice and giving full play to the synergistic force of education".
