Abstract

The purpose of this study is: (1) to explore the impact of PJF, POF, and PSS on job satisfaction; (2) to investigate the influence of PJF, POF, and PSS on employee loyalty in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Guizhou Province; (3) to study the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Guizhou Province; (4) to provide the financial industry with more targeted and effective policies and measures. Quantitative data were interpreted using descriptive data analysis, reliability test, validity test, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The results are as follows: (1) PJF, POF, and PSS have a positive correlation with job satisfaction; (2) PJF, POF, and PSS have a positive correlation with employee loyalty in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Guizhou Province; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive correlation with employee loyalty in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Guizhou Province; (4) Banks should enhance the match between people and work, conduct regular training to increase employee engagement, improve employee sense of belonging, ensure fair and transparent policies, provide reasonable compensation and benefits, focus on employee physical and mental health, offer clear career development paths, and help employees achieve their career goals.
