Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data has gradually demonstrated its revolutionary potential across various industries. As a key component of the education sector, physical education is no exception. The combination of AI and Big Data offers new perspectives and solutions for physical education teaching, significantly enhancing teaching efficiency and personalization. This paper starts from the demands of physical education teaching and explores the current applications, challenges, and future development trends of AI and Big Data technologies in this field. It aims to help educators gain a deeper understanding of and proficiency in these technologies, while addressing the practical needs of current physical education teaching. Furthermore, the paper seeks to enrich the content and methods of physical education teaching and provide both theoretical foundation and practical guidance to promote the reform of physical education.
