In the new period, the direction of China's educational reform has changed from "ideological and political courses" to "ideological and political courses." The focus of curriculum education in colleges and universities has shifted from teaching knowledge to imparting the connotative value of courses. Under the guiding ideology of "curriculum ideology and politics", while carrying out public courses and professional courses in colleges and universities, it is necessary to give full play to the value function of "curriculum ideology and politics" as much as possible, which is the focus of the transformation of the pattern of talent education and education in colleges and universities in the new era. Based on the current situation of talent education in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the content and methods of teaching, teachers' own moral literacy and professional knowledge, and the cultivation of students' consciousness and ideological and moral awareness, and gradually improves the curriculum education of colleges and universities under "curriculum ideology and politics".
