Abstract

Using questionnaire method, interview method and literature method, the paper studied and analyzed the current situation of coaches of high level sports teams in Shanghai colleges and universities. Through interviewing the leaders and coaches of high level sports teams in Shanghai colleges and universities, the paper understands the current situation and problems of coaches of high level sports teams in training, management and scientific research in Shanghai colleges and universities, and discuss the relevant problems deeply and make reasonable suggestions, aiming to provide reference for the sustainable development of coach team.
