Greening Reform of Higher Education: The Value of the Times, Theoretical Basis and Promoting Strategies

Education is an essential means of green development and an important part of the connotation construction of higher education. The greening of higher education is to integrate the concept of green development into the whole process of management and education of higher education, build green schools, implement green management, carry out green adjustment and transformation of teaching content, and create resources saving, pollution reduction, and harmony between man and nature. Get along with the campus's ecological culture. By analyzing the era value and theoretical basis of the green reform of higher education, this paper puts forward the promotion strategy of the reform: integrating the concept of green development into the cultivation system of socialist core values, building an open school system compatible with green development, and developing higher education institutions. The cultivation of green talents, professional adjustment, and the comprehensive integration of green concepts into the education and teaching of colleges and universities.
