Currently, in China, the psychological problems of college students are prominent and have become the focus of families, schools and even society. Continuous attention to college students' mental health education and psychological problems has become an important part of teaching and educating people in Chinese universities under the new era that cannot be ignored. In this paper, we will analyze and study the causative factors of mental health problems and coping strategies of students in Chinese universities.
