Study of Contributing Factors and Countermeasures of Job Burnout of Teachers in Junior Middle Schools

Under the situation of emphasizing the enrollment rate, teachers in junior middle school work under enormous pressure for a long time, which easily results in job burnout. It not only has negative impact on teachers’ physical and mental health, but also poses a great threat to the quality of teaching and the stability of teaching staff. Regarding this issue, this study mainly analyzes the main causes of teachers’ job burnout from four aspects: society, schools, students, and teachers, as well as offers countermeasures to alleviate it from the above aspects.
