The teaching quality and teaching effect of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of written examination and skill operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The learning interest, learning experience, learning habits, understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and the total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 94.19%, which was higher than 80.23% of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The "Internet +" blended teaching mode is helpful to improve the teaching quality of traditional Chinese medicine, improve students' teaching evaluation of the college, and improve teaching satisfaction.
