Abstract

With the rapid development of a world-class airport cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the demand for high-quality technical talents in smart airport operation is growing. This paper analyzes the supply and demand of smart airport operation talents, identifies structural contradictions between talent cultivation and industry needs, and clarifies new requirements for talent training. It also points out deficiencies in current training programs and puts forward optimization strategies. The study suggests establishing a government-college-industry-enterprise collaborative mechanism to integrate professional standards, curriculum systems and teaching resources, so as to closely connect the education chain, talent chain and industrial chain, and provide strong talent support for the smart airport cluster construction in the Greater Bay Area.
