Abstract

Rapid advances in artificial intelligence, big data, and digital technologies are reshaping industrial development and creating growing demand for interdisciplinary innovative talents. However, many universities still face problems such as fragmented curricula, insufficient collaboration with industry, and outdated evaluation systems. Based on these practical challenges, this paper examines collaborative education mechanisms and discusses how curriculum reform, organizational innovation, and dynamic evaluation systems can better support talent development in the era of new quality productive forces.
