Against the backdrop of an increasingly severe employment situation, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important research topic in higher education in recent years. At present, the innovation and entrepreneurship education carried out by most universities is predominantly oriented toward science and engineering disciplines, while insufficient attention has been paid to such education for talent in the humanities and social sciences, where numerous problems remain. The author reviews and analyzes the problems that exist in innovation and entrepreneurship education for liberal arts talent, summarizes the principal issues in this regard at most Chinese universities, and, against the background of the continuous development of new media, puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
