Safety Management of Graduate Students by Using the Contradiction Analysis Method

Abstract

President Xi pointed out that dialectical thinking is the ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve contradictions and conflicts. Dialectical thinking skill is the ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve contradictions, and the ability to grasp the key points, figure out key points, and gain insight into the laws of development of things. The group of postgraduate students has many characteristics that are unique to themselves and different from undergraduates and doctoral students. As an education manager of this group, to do a better job in safety management, we must make good use of dialectical thinking and use the method of contradiction analysis to grasp the characteristics of postgraduate students. Focus on the "four regular tasks", namely regular ideological work, regular management work, regular psychological service work and regular problem-solving work, to promote the healthy growth and comprehensive development of students, and to ensure safety and smoothness during 3 years.
