With the popularity of social media, more and more teenagers are addicted to it, which affects their physical and mental health and academic performance. Labor practice, as a traditional educational method, can bring physical and mental balance, help alleviate the stress and anxiety of teenagers, and improve their confidence and sense of responsibility. This article explores the definition and significance of labor practice, the importance of physical and mental balance, and elaborates on the positive role of labor practice in rehabilitating teenagers addicted to social media. The article also shares some successful cases in the hope of inspiring and helping teenagers who are experiencing social media addiction. Finally, this article calls for more attention to the importance of labor practice in society and proposes the future application prospects of labor practice in the rehabilitation of teenagers.
